Anita has a passion for everything she does. Whether it’s her love of travel, her Pilates regimen, trying out a new recipe, or the joy she finds in arranging perfect moments for each of her clients, Anita never does anything halfway. She has spent most of her life in Seattle, and her passions include getting to know every great restaurant, hidden gem and spectacular viewpoint in the area. She’s an expert on the local people, the neighborhoods, the school districts and where the best deals can be discovered.

From passion comes hard work. And Anita is known for her tireless efforts to find the perfect homes for each of her clients. She listens closely, then brings her knowledge and creativity to the search, savoring the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact on a family, couple or individual. She deeply understands that a client’s purchase isn’t simply a financial transaction, but rather an emotional one—something that needs to be respected by making the entire process feel flawless and fun.

Anita brings the same passion to each property listing, using the latest advances in technology, design and advertising to market the property to the widest range of buyers. She is also a skilled negotiator on either side of the transaction.

When she’s not actively pursuing her clients’ goals, you can find Anita volunteering for Seattle Children's Hospital. One of her greatest personal achievements was selling a home in which the proceeds were donated to the hospital.
